Inspired by the Apotheca, a mysterious institution in 13th century Europe where wine was mixed and stored. Apothic Red is a magnificent mix of Zinfadel, Merlot, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon that creates layers of rich red fruit accented by overtones of vanilla and chocolate.
