Delivery Information

  • All standard delivery orders will be dispatched the following working day.
  • For next day delivery service, orders placed before 11 30am will be dispatched same day.
  • Deliveries are made 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday to ensure prompt delivery, someone must be present to sign for the parcel. Please note during busy and holiday periods times may vary, however you can always keep up to date with your tracking number provided.

: If the individual receiving the delivery is under the age of 18, the courier carrier may request evidence of age when the package is delivered.


While we make every effort to adhere to our usual delivery timeframes, packages may take longer during peak seasons such as Christmas owing to increased consumer demand and delivery services. Nonetheless, we continue to endeavour to be as efficient as possible.



  • Valid only for orders delivered in the Mainland UK
  • Applies to only standard deliveries
  • Applies to baskets that exceed a total of £99 (including VAT) or more
  • Not valid for next day delivery unless, unless the option is chosen by the customer (extra charges occur)


    We go to great lengths to guarantee that all of our customers are satisfied with their purchases. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the products if you are unhappy with them. Please check the return instructions below

  • Items must be in new, unopened, and undamaged condition, with all original packing and tags.
  • It is not possible to return items that have been tampered with or have damaged seals. There is no assurance of a refund if the item is returned.
  • Gift-wrapped merchandise All labels and tags must be returned with the boxes. Please keep in mind that boxes are part of the product package and must be returned in their original state.
  • You are responsible for the products till they reach us. We recommend that you send the item via a delivery service that protects the value of the products and is signed for you confidence.


We make every effort to deliver your bottle in one piece, however we recognise that bottles may be damaged during delivery. It might be numerous parts from a single component! If this occurs, we will issue a refund or credit for your purchase. Only damage reports received within 24 hours after delivery will be accepted! We can arrange a replacement if requested or refund, what suits you best!
