There's a romance in the darkness; it piques our interest and entices us to try something new. Apothic Dark grapes were gathered during low night temperatures to guarantee that the fruit arrived cold to the winery for processing. Prior to fermentation, the grapes were cold-soaked to enhance the extraction of powerful flavour and rich colour. Fermentation took place at warm temperatures to improve the colour and flavour of the wine. The wine was matured on oak chips / staves after fermentation to complement the inherent dark fruit flavours with hints of dark chocolate and coffee aromas.

This Apothic Dark combines blueberry and blackberry dark fruit flavours with sumptuous undertones of coffee and dark chocolate for a rich, yet silky smooth wine experience..

• All standard delivery orders will be dispatched the following working day.

• Deliveries are made during normal business hours Monday to Friday to ensure prompt delivery, someone must be present to sign for the parcel.
• Orders placed Monday-Friday will be dispatched up to Friday close of business.
• Orders placed Friday will be dispatched following Monday unless opting for a Saturday delivery.
• Orders placed Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
• Sunday deliveries are excluded.
