Ripe fruit, honey, ginger, and traces of rhubarb crumble dominate the nose. In the backdrop, there's some citrus. Spicy pepper flavours give way to a surge of malt. The malt prevails in the mouth, which is rich and strong. The addition of hints of passion fruit adds to the richness. Well-balanced with a lengthy, steady finish.
